Procedure
Please advise if
you wish to stay with us. You can phone, email or use our booking
form. Alternatively, you can book directly
on-line using our on-line booking partner.
For confirmation
we require a deposit for one night stay by cheque or Mastercard/Visa
credit card details with valid expiry date and full address to confirm
the reservation.
If you confirm
by credit card – we will only action your card in the event
of cancellation of any part or whole of your reservation. We only
hold your details as assurance of your arrival in the first instance.
The exception to this policy is for telephone bookings and
peak times when your deposit is actioned from your card
and is nonrefundable upon confirmation of your
booking
In order to keep
our prices competitive, your bill should be settled in cash, cheque
(sterling) or traveller's cheque (sterling) to avoid credit
card commission. We would be obliged if you could make arrangements
for this as our floor limit for credit cards only covers deposits. |
Cancellation
Policy
We will always try
to resell rooms if you must cancel your reservation following confirmation.
Should you
have to cancel your reservation or any part of your stay, the deposit
for one night is non–refundable. If not already
actioned - the charge applies then. The full charge
may be due for your reservation, if cancellation is within
one week of arrival. A "no show"
will be charged in full.
